There may be ways to trigger EX raids specifically. Think there’s at least a few reddit threads on suspected steps how. Hell, someone near my area triggered one by flipping a gym between teams a number of times.

I didn’t argue it isn’t cheating. I roll my eyes at the thought of spoofers being hackers. They download an app that moves their GPS around and all of a sudden they’re hackers? That’s making them sound cooler than they are.
