Opel is a brand. Any vehicles they designed were GM vehicles. GM has design and engineering centers all over the world.

Unfortunately yes that is currently the plan. But anything could happen.

Those Opels were designed from the get-go to be Buicks.

Being able to plug another vehicle into the dual port vehicle would be very useful if only one charger is available. Say you only have one charger at home and want to charge both vehicles over night. Now you don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to plug in the other vehicle once the first is done.

I assume you meant AC charging maxes out at 19.2 kW (240V x 80A).
