GM abandoned the Lordstown factory and actually loaned $40 million to Lordstown to help get them running so they could get out of Trump’s crosshairs. I highly doubt GM will offer any other assistance. The F150 EV was the first blow to Lordstown. The reveal of the Silverado EV will be the death blow.

Trump’s 2010 Rolls Royce. Sold at Mecum earlier this year.

Its an EV. There are no economy regulations. Yet...

Because 80% is usually where the charging rate drops off dramatically to protect the battery. Many DC fast charging stations will stop charging at 80%.

The credit applies to the parent company. So they apply to all of GM, and all of VW. On the other hand even though Polestar is closely related to Volvo, Polestar is structured as a completely different company. So Volvo and Polestar do not share credits.

Honda, Toyota and BMW also have Mexico facilities which build vehicles sold in the US.

GM has 11 assembly plants in the US. 2 in Mexico.

Very close with my 1993 Mazda Protege with 103hp,

GM is also taking this approach with their latest vehicles and EVs. This is the Lyriq.

A compact and 3-row CUV are also coming to slot below and above the Lyriq. Also a Escalade and Escalade ESV SUV on the EV truck platform.

Starting this year

Buttons and knobs!

It is as long as the Model X, but due to the Lyriq’s RWD proportions the interior room is somewhere between the Y and X.

In the Hummer this can only be used at slow speed and requires a long button press to activate.

Now playing

The ban only applies to light duty vehicles. So only 1/2 ton pickups.

Well the NHRA is actively looking to expand EV racing.

So the Big Beaver exit is now... a big beaver?

That Ford EV was scrapped for looking too mundane and became the Mach-E.
