This is the worst location possible. Looks like some dinky ass air filter sticking out of the body. And then after you scratch the fuck out of the paint (both with the nozzle and with your belt buckle as you lean over the car) you also ruin the paint with gas dribbles.

Those rubber nipple drain valves always get clogged up. They are commonly used as sunroof drain ends and are also commonly recalled due to clogging. Factory solution is usually to cut them off.
