It is such a simple thing, but the show portraying William as the new Felicity (brilliant and funny) and Mia as the new Oliver (badass and broody) works really well for me

I love Anatoly. (How weird is it that neither this nor BVSDOJ used this character as KGBeast?)

Also Oliver’s order to “suit up” before the mission just referring to William putting on his new suit

Running the Waverider’s new bar, no less.

- Ollie & Mia bonding is cute, but I REALLY wish they brought up the boxing glove arrow.

Now I want to see Barry and Antaly meet so they can argue about it.

Also- doesn’t put a light inside the helmet actually make it harder to see what’s going on outside? Kind of like driving at night with all your car’s interior lights on?

Grant Gustin does a great drunk Barry.

Maybe James Bamford can head over to Batwoman once Arrow is done.

He wouldn’t even need to go on missions. He could just hang back on the Waverider offering dry commentary to their time travel shenanigans.

My favorite things about this season are:

I’m pretty sure they’re going to. They even changed his suit to be green and black instead of red and black.

I had completely forgotten where we last left off with Anatoly. Oh, he’s not dead? Oh he’s also not evil? Both revelations were welcome. Especially enjoyed the writers recalled that both E2 Laurel and Anatoly were part of Diaz’s alliance, and that both have developed as characters since then.

I'm surprised it didn't get mentioned, Mia's impressed "Wow," when Oliver absolutely dismantled a dude twice his size was lovely. Mia's great whenever she's not a human-sized scowl.

and good old Anatoly (David Nykl, always welcome). Put them both on Legends.”

Hey, remember how early in the series Barry’d do a face-blur thing and change his voice so people wouldn’t recognize him? Now The Flash is holding press conferences and Ralph throws on the equivalent of a pair of sunglasses and it’s all, “OOH, my secret identity is totally intact!”

Iris hardly being in  this episode suggests she is in the crossover quite a bit, as do the promotional pics that just got released that show Iris & Lois Lane teaming up for an investigation, which I think will be fantastic

The young lady they cast as Sue (who doesnt appear in this episode, Natalie Dreyfuss ) is like the same height as Cecile so if she does hook up with Ralph its going to look hilariously cute.

I’m expecting Crisis to have a sequence where Cisco and Nia team up to explain their absences this week.

I gotta say, Joe, making one of your first official acts as police chief be giving your son in law (who you also raised) a Medal of Honor is certainly a....choice. Then again when your daughter owns the newspaper, you don’t really need to worry about the press calling you out for nepotism.
