It don’t matter, I’ll just pop down to the Ford dealer if it gets too high next year and buy a nice little Fiesta or Focus.....

Yeah it was a real snoozer, the most exciting thing about the whole weekend was the #SpainishGP paint screw up.
This was the first time I watched the Nurburgring 24 hr but it had everything and more that I love about 24hr races. It’s a shame there was a delay but it setup one of the best battles and finishes I’ve ever seen in a 24hr race. Can’t wait for Le Mans, it’s the race I’m most excited about each year.
That was one of the most incredible races I’ve seen. When the 912 went for the pass down in turn one it was incredible, what amazing racing.
I somehow saw this live, first practice for Nascar I’ve seen all year. I was pretty skeptical about the drill when I first saw it but then the resulting water spout floored me, it floored me just much as it did Joey.
That year was one of the first ones I saw any of on tv. I had heard of it before but don’t think I saw any of it before then. I remember going to school that next Monday and talking about the flying Mercedes.
Well Ford went from my favorite US carmaker to my least favorite in an instant. My only possible options in their lineup were just discontinued. I guess America just can’t keep itself from continuing to show everyone how insanely dumb we are.
Maybe replacements of everyone that died at the park so no one knows what happened and people keep coming in the future.
Why don’t they just drop all the New’s and just call it the beetle? What other new version of a car model ever has “New” as an actual part of the name?
Yeah I sprained my knee once and thought for sure I had broken my leg, couldn’t feel my foot at all.
I was just saying the other day that the increased popularity of of trucks among the general public must be catastrophic for people who really need them, like farmers. Because now instead of trucks being built for who needs them they are instead being built for who wants them since they are the greater market force.
What happens when every racecar ends up having a Jalopnik sticker? Does the world implode or something?
After seeing Magnussen’s stop result in disaster I just had this sneaking suspicion that Grosjean might be following him out of the race. So seeing it actually happen wasn’t super surprising.
Problem is they only admitted to messing up the pre-race. How can we assume it’ll all be better next race when they don’t even acknowledge everything that was wrong?
They’d be better off just putting the races on Netflix, no way it’d be worse than ESPN.
