uhhh this may be a dumb question but what if they shoot at the windows?

I’m no expert in military aircraft development, but from the little I read and watched, didn’t most of our aircraft have issues? Didn’t they all go over budget with major bugs that needed to be resolved during development? Osprey, F15, F18, F22, apache heli and even the A10?

Makes no logical sense, right?
