probably not. in a lot of cases the suit is full CG anyway, or they are in a full CG environment. at that point it would be just cheaper to go all CG instead of trying to somehow fit the live action head into all of that. that whole plane fight at the end of spiderman was probably just 5 minutes of all CGI.
