i dont know. at the end it was all more smirking than acting. i liked the character of cary argos, but the ‘acting’ at the end really got on my nerve.
edgar, right after being told that he was throwing the divorce party
same with x-men basically. all the kids will totally empathize with all their struggles to fit in, yet still go around calling people racial and homophobic slurs.
you can try it yourself. have fun over at http://moralmachine.mit.edu/
with this and ‘you’re the worst’ FX is really killing it.
ghost in the shell ? :(
also with the binge model they are missing out on making any cultural impact at all. apart from stranger things most of their series seem to be forgotten as fast as they arrived. i feel if something like GLOW had been released week by week people would still be talking about it, yet it somehow made its biggest wave…
piping in that i loved The OA as well.. and the whole series was probably cheaper to produce than any of their sandler movies.
she did it to distract the people around her from the fact that she is losing control over her body and mind. its the second time (that we know of) that she can’t locate her car, not to mention the fact that she lost control of her bladder in that book shop.

tons of people being flippant about school shootings and stuff amirite...
speak for yourself

pretty sure the next scandal is just around the corner and we will all just move on without anything really happening.. i mean its not like this is the first time either.
so you are actually saying its her own fault. gotcha.
“about time” kind of does time loops in a different way... i found the movie surprisingly ok.
theres always the “cheap shock” argument or “cashing in on current events”. i finally watched “the OA” last week and reading the recaps it got a lot of shit for “going to that well”. in OAs case it might have been a bit more justified since the inclusion was a bit surprising in the context of all the previous…
