The only other CTS I've driven is the all-new CTS Vsport, the one with the twin turbo 3.6-liter V6 and 420 horsepower. It's much nicer inside than this car, much more luxurious and complete overall, but definitely not quite as fast. It handles just as well, though, and manages to feel much more modern.

It's called putting that wreck out of its misery and JeepBro should've gunned it.

Automatic Transmissions... that shit is sorcery, and I'm an engineer.

The problem is they are going after the wrong market in terms of competition. Cadillac is NOT equivalent to BMW they never were, they are kind of Mercedes but not any Mercedes since 1985. Cadillac is a mix between Rolls Royce and Lexus. YET they try to make their current cars 3 and 5 series fighters and it shows they

They should offer it in the Dark Green Metallic (EF8) color of yesteryear (with a black hood).

The catacaysmically awful Oldsmobile Diesels. I'm not sure what all they were put int but the cutlass diesel for sure was a train wreck in mobile form. The engine was apallingly awful and shook out all its internals, the car had the build quality of an ice cream sandwich in the sahara desert, and the fuel economy

I think your 100% right about innovation, I'm not a really an oval racing or even Indy Car fan, but I do watch the 500 every year and did watch CART regularly from the mid-1990's to the end. When I think about The 500, innovation is exactly what I think about, how many cars were built just for the 500? The problem is

ABC/ESPN has had a stranglehold on the Indy 500 forever, and they aren't about to give it up. It draws good ratings numbers, even in the present downturn of IndyCar spectatorship.

This cannot be! I just bought my truck ('14 silverado) two weeks ago and V8 was a no brainer. In 4x4 configurations, the 4.3L V6 (285hp/305torques) and 5.3L V8 (355hp/383torques) had the same highway fuel economy at 22 mpg. For the few extra dollars, I couldnt pass on the V8. I mean for god sakes, its 70hp and more

Welp, add this to the list of things I cannot un-see.

There are alot of cars id rather have for 60K then this,

This won't be sold in North America. Because the market for a $60,000, manual-transmission Golf just isn't there. Even if it has 400HP. I guarantee it.

I've got a BRZ and I love it. I know a lot of people bitch and moan about the lack of power but honestly, its plenty enough to get you into trouble. The car only weighs 2700lbs, and has more than enough get up and go. NO its not a Mustang, Camaro, or 370z. Its NOT a WRX or Evo. Its a a really well balanced car that's

200(ish) HP, 8000+ RPM redline, and smooth up and down the rev range. The lack of low-end torque is more than made up for by the way it begs to be redlined, and loves every minute of it. Easy to make more power with simple bolt-ons and reprogramming, with Honda reliability to boot.

I have an ATS. It rules. I'm also not even 30 yet.

I spoke with my wallet, when I broke ranks and after years of 3 series, I parked a 2nd Gen CTS next to them in the garage. Then last year after driving the F30 3 Series, I went and bought a 3.6 ATS. Now the new M3/M4 will be coming. I'm still very interested in what this car will be like(I still have my e92 M3), but

Our original intent was to do an NA engine, we were unable to achieve all of our performance, durability, and regulatory (emissions) goals with NA. We weren't even close. You couldn't just do DI, VVT, no cylinder deactivation, 7.0 liter motor with the increase we would have wanted. New regs could have led to a

What customers really want is a very fast, very responsive transmission, and that's what we've provided. Our new internally designed 8 speed auto is far lighter than the previous 6 speed and any dct that could live behind this engine and we benchmarked the best DCTs in the world for shift speed and quality, and
