@LutherNipperkin: Yes I agree with you. Care jobs are underpaid and unpopular due to the demands they entail. I can see how a higher-up would rather avoid constantly refilling positions, nasty as the consequences are.

@Lymed: Oh I agree. I'm just imagining the bureaucratic reasons such high levels of abuse have been tolerated. wages should be higher for jobs like that anyway, as they're extremely difficult, both physically and emotionally.
Interest rates for loans are 70% in Ghana-that is an absolutely shocking figure. If international banks are commanding such high interest rates in developing countries, no wonder they are unable to develop indigenous industries. That is an absolute disgrace, why has this not been more widely publicised byNGOs.
@Lymed: People with mental illness or mental disabilities are often abused in treatment facilities and care homes. They're perfect candidates for abuse, either they're incapable of complaining or no one will believe them. Staff working in these areas need to be monitored very carefully, but since they're not popular…
@hortense: She seems seriously unhinged. Surely, even the most unaware of people would realise that people are going to be appalled by her tweets.
Yes, because I'm sure Marilyn Monroe is just itching to be your maid of honour when your crackpot presence leaves this earth.
I would like to say I'm surprised at this, but I'm really not. People in vulnerable positions, be it children in juvenile detention centres, disabled people in care homes or displaced people following wars/crises are often targeted for abuse. People with such inclinations often gravitate towards areas where they can…
@bleedingmouths: I know, the expensive stuff really is better isn't it?I have 200 denier tights, they're amazing. It's like having leggings in tights form.
@lula_bernie: Actually the only one I haven't read. I'm saving it for my next holiday. Wedding Babylon is pretty cool too. They're just like one big gossip column/bitch session!
@InCahoots: I didn't realise that was a clutch till you pointed that out. Thank god they didn't make the puppeh wear matching accessories.
@netfe: They're great for warming your hands.
Stabler that's the wrong redhead! I'm standing over here.
Oh dear god, the poor child. I can't even imagine how terrifying that must be.
@msridiculous447: Yes, and I mean most of these hipsters look like homeless people anyway, so it will just give added edge to the brand.
@lula_bernie: That's a great book. I am unshamedly addicted to all the Babylon books. Have you read Beach Babylon, it's even better.
@sayah: Great minds think alike!
Somehow I suspect Lynx is behind this.
Weatherproof, what were you thinking? He is the president of the United States and you hung the billboard in Times Square. He will find out about this you know. All of New York won't stay quiet about it.
@BrutallyHonestBabes (aka Mrs. Sarah.of.a.Lesser.Hobbit): I hate to admit this, but I recently ordered designer Italian tights from the internet. So they probably exist due to people like me/ducks head.
@Sev: Tweally?
