I'm a huge horror fan, I like anthologies, and generally don't mind fairly extreme cinema, but this movie was exhausting and really not much fun at all. Nearly half the bits are just plain juvenile; they feel like they were made by 15-year-olds. A lot of toilet humor and let's-just-pour-some-blood-on-somebody bits.…

Finally caught it tonight, and two quick thoughts:

Incredible disappointment
I caught it at a screening last night, and even given the Michael Bay/Platinum Dunes reputation, I expected it would be at least entertaining. Nope. Slow, dull, dark (but not "scary dark", just dark) and uninvolving, it's just a complete train wreck. If anyone's interested, I posted some…
