This is men. No where in his pissbaby rant did he mention consent. “Do you think it’s wrong to send people pictures of yourself?” Yeah, if they haven’t asked for them. “Are porn stars creepy” No, they consented to those videos being distributed to the public. And the public isn’t being forced to watch them. The

She consented by signing a contract that gives the photographer the rights to the images. A written and mutually agreed upon contract is as close to a gold standard of consent as you can get.

She’s actually been very outspoken about free the nipple and women having the right to display their body other own terms. The problem here is consent.

It’s highly unlikely that they entered into a contract where the photographer only owns five images, with the hundreds of unreleased images owned by the model. I’ve never heard of such a contract. From a legal standpoint, he doesn’t need her permission to release those images. The correct wording would thus be “being

She seems to be saying that she signed off on only a small number of the original shots, and that he’s now using them for a purpose/context she never consented to. To me that seems wrong from both a legal and ethical standpoint, although my original comment was on the ethics of the situation, not the law per se.

It’s not about shame, it’s about control. If her body is the commodity, why is he the beneficiary of that commodity? That’s exploitation of the terms of her original consent for the profit of the photographer.

“Shall we say” - fucking pig. She was comfortable with her body. Period. “Shall we say” implies there was so much more when there was no more.

Just because he did something that isn’t illegal doesn’t mean he’s not an asshole.

She was very, shall we say, comfortable with her body and as far as shoots go, I would say it was fun.

They just need their safe space. Free from any of those nasty opposing opinions. or facts

Can I ask you a real questions? What do you get out of trolling? Is it simply the satisfaction of getting a rise out of a total stranger? I’ve just never understood.

Our dog was abused before we got her, and as a result was terrified of white men who looked to be about 50-60 years old. One day we were walking and she saw a man who fit that description. She started wagging her tail and pulling to get to him. It turns out that he used to feed her through the fence at her old house

Cuz they know that you are leader of the pack and if they don’t put up with your shitty things, well it could be trouble for them.

I’m starting to think that this is the reason Trump said he wasn’t going after her today. They all probably made a deal bc I read the WH is against the recount. He leaves her alone, she lets it go, everyone wins except us.

What those “you lost” people fail to realize is that they lost, too. There is so much denial, and I can see why people would be extra motivated to deny the full horror of a man they put in office. Because that would be admitting to a pretty crucial deficit in your own makeup.

It’s definitely less now but it is too little too late. I still see way more people saying stuff like “you lost, get over it” “calm down” stuff like that. At the end of the day there’s an overwhelmingly large amount of people whose morals boil down to “go along to get along”.

I couldn’t agree with you more. The Godwin’s law shut down was particularly frustrating. It made it seem like the rise of someone like hitler could never happens again and therefore any comparison was ridiculous. People are still doing this.

That is so frigging true. Just because he’s wearing an ill-fitting suit and not a pair of shiny jackboots doesn’t mean he’s not a goddamn Nazi.

It sure got everyone’s attention, which I believe was precisely the point.
