Not really. Your natural 3D vision (assuming you aren’t blind in one eye) causes the halo to sort of disappear. Hold a single finger extended in front of your face and focus on something in the distance. That’s how the halo works. It doesn’t really impede vision at a distance, etc. It doesn’t disappear completely…

It is still going to matter though. Even with the same stats in the game, the k/m player will always have an inherent advantage in aiming.
