Agreed. Plus he seems like a decent guy. I don't know, maybe he isn't, but I haven't heard otherwise yet.

I totally get it with Anne and Mel.

Whoa. I didn't know they dated. Where can I find these stories?

That makes a lot of sense, actually.

I know! Like he's playing at sexuality and doing the things he thinks he's supposed to do, but he doesn't really understand them. It gives it a creepy vibe that's hard to really describe.

I think their particular brands of crazy complemented each other well, for a while. I also liked them together.

Bingo.

Wow. What a couple of assholes! On one hand, I guess it's good you weeded out the shallow ones, but, damn, what a hurtful way to have it happen :(

LESS involvement would be allowing all of them and letting the patient decide.

That's it in a nutshell, really.

Right? Honestly, that guy didn't seem all that strange to me. When I order a french dip, I drink my leftover au jus if I can get away with it. Why waste it? And, seriously, it's broth. It's basically soup. There is nothing weird about eating/drinking soup.

Yeah, I actually had to go look it up because I thought twelve years didn't seem right. But maybe they've been together that long? I don't know. It seems like changing it FROM twelve TO six would actually seem more suspicious.

I think that's exactly what's happening. It seems so far removed from their experience with the guy that they don't want to believe it. Which is how he plans it, I'm sure.
