I've never belonged to a union, but I've worked a lot of retail, and a lot of what I've heard about Meijer does sound better than where I've been. Which is probably a big part of why so many stores are against the idea of unionizing :/

Personally—and your mileage may vary based on skin type—I find tinted moisturizer (or, lately, BB cream) to be far less noticeable and much nicer in general than regular liquid foundation.
Tinted moisturizer is basically just liquid foundation with moisturizer mixed in. It's moisturizer...with tint. Basically a lighter foundation.
Has your husband gotten his eyes checked recently?
I've read before that oiliness is sometimes your skin overreacting to being dried out, so, seemingly counterintuitively, moisturizing helps combat oiliness. It makes sense.
