That's what my husband and I used for our first dance.

I walked myself down the aisle. It eliminated the conundrum of whether I should choose my stepdad, who'd been there, or my dad, who hadn't much but would have been hurt. Plus my fiance and I had lived together for a couple years, so it seemed kind of weird to be "given away".
