Disagree 1000%. Difference in speed causes issues. Drivers who refuse to leave the passing lane of a 70MPH while traveling 55MPH. People who think 70MPH is not fast enough and feel 90MPH is the correct speed cutting in and out of traffic while tailgating and cutting off other drivers.
