You can trade with the phone app. Just send the Mons to you Home then trade with your phone. Doesn’t matter how many Switchs you have, you can trade as long as a phone is present.

Yes. Save files are all account based on Switch so if you boot the game and select your account it will be your file and if she selects hers it will be hers. Each account can only have one file I believe though, but you can always just make more accounts.

It was a port, not a remake. The only differences are a few CG cut-scenes and that it’s widescreen. Otherwise it’s exactly the same visually, gameplay and content wise.
