The league is for 16-19 year olds. It’s not professional, and not affiliated with the NHL. Basically, it’s a league for all the really, really good highschool kids to develop. And since it’s a Canadian league, people buy teams, sell tickets and make money! Some even buy a team just so their kid can play on it. . .
