That's quite interesting! I can't say I've ever seen that before. Mind you, I work in Computer Science, not building fabrication...

I suppose they do both involve learning...
Nice ride!
I guess I'm the odd man out - I actually liked Season 2 of US Top Gear more than UK Season 18. It's the unscripted bits that make it more interesting for me. I haven't seen any of Season 3 yet, and I've heard they have done more of the same as Top Gear UK, which saddens me.
I'm guessing you live in Europe?
Think of it as a poor man's very-limited slip diff. Apparently it's done a lot (well, maybe a bit) for rock-crawling, where you really want all your wheels turning without the diff messing things up.
Ah, I misread what you said. I thought your dad had said that he wouldn't be willing to use a bed extender, meaning that the sheets must be able to fit in the box with the tailgate up. Heck, if he's fine with having the tailgate down, that's cool!
I quite fancy the Ranger myself, and I walk past a rather nice black…
I thought that was more Merkur ownership and dry-rotted, rare hoses...
Interesting! I wasn't even aware that there was a long bed option - I've never seen such a thing before! Well, in that case...
But that's the kicker - having a bed big enough to take a 4x8 sheet is still going to result in a fairly sizable vehicle.
I bet you're glad the native Americans didn't think that same way when Europeans arrived...
I think you mean "Fire at Jose!"
Something about it giving up easily?
</In before stereotypes>
Good thing they never made an electric version...
Not to be confused with the Nissan Grits and Hominy
I guess that depends on the scooter...
Yeah, what happens when the Chinese knock-off is better looking than the original?
Hummer H1?
Bah. Just noticed your other comment.
Agreed. The Toyota Echo is another offender in this category.
Yet most people are fine having them in their pocket or on their lap...
