According the the FR-S/BRZ group I’m in, you can cheap out on:

- Tires
- Wheels
- Coilovers
- Also everything else.

The air that goes in your tires. Just fill them with regular-ass air if all you do is commute.

Plugs and wires. If your car doesn’t call for triple platinum-coated bare breasted 8 prong plugs and adamantium wires you don’t need to buy them. Standard plugs and wires will be just fine.

Chevy Cheetah. It’s the perfect example

There is also a true mid-engine layout.

You’re forgetting the best part: this thing would have heritage and access to the best car name of all time!

It’s not terrible, but it’s also the weight of the 335i.

You call it tiny and cute, but the BMW 228i weighs 3,300 pounds. The Toyota 86 weighs 2,700 pounds. On paper the 228i actually has a slightly worse power-to-weight ratio than the 86/BRZ/FR-S.

I think it’s fine as is. The purpose is to summarize the review, why muddle it up to half-ass show the car again, which we’ve already seen 20 photos of??

You know what? Fuck you guys, I want an R63 now.

I’m aware it never reached production...or will....ever, but I feel that the world couldn’t be any worse for wear if it contained a lifted, RWD, 3-door hatchback with a manual transmission...available in brown, ideally.

Cab over consumer vehicles, specifically cab over pickup trucks. The goal of a pickup truck for most people is to be able to tow and haul a lot of things and handle slightly rough dirt roads ok. All current trucks that we have are basically the same format, engine in front, cab behind that, and relatively tiny bed

See you in Vauxhalla!

Wagon Manual - Hunting for the elusive E46 325iT.

Ehhh, I’m Team ‘Straya on this. Am I the only one who finds the whole “stuff a big engine in it” trick incredibly lazy? MCM built the more complete car.

Got my eye on something along these lines...

This also goes for buying a preowned; I finally made a move on my first Porsche last winter, buying a mint, certified 2013 Boxster S, which had been sitting on a dealer lot in North Carolina for months (Nov-Feb). They ultimately moved it for $17K less than Kelley blue book. Love it.
