I don't want to blow your mind or anything, but I've honestly never watched a full episode of The Simpsons but I have seen almost every episode of Futurama. People are weird.

I assumed LWA was just a typical cute witch girl anime so I didn't pay any attention to it, but you're the second person I've seen singing its praises recently. Anything particularly special about it that would convince me to check it out?

And so the twin messiahs were born

Oh good, someone else said it before me. I'm a raging feminist who has been accused of being an SJW multiple times, but I thought what she said was pretty honest, self-aware criticism. Really surprised people got all upset about this.

Yeah but…naked Margot Robbie

I'm actually okay with this. Alex Jones has been around long enough that anyone who is going to believe his bullshit has already found him. I don't think she's giving him a platform at all (now if she sat down with Richard Spencer or Milo, it'd be a different story).

Whoa. As a huge fan of both I've never really considered this connection, but the similarities are pretty clear now that I think about it.

Have they been coy? His name is Nick Morton in the film. It seems like he's just an Allan Quatermain/Van Helsing hybrid.

Honestly, this is pretty damn cool.

I feel like it has to be Missy, otherwise they'd have to explain Simms entirely through flashback.

I appreciated the racial balancing here (something horror movies are often quite bad at).

Oof. I'd love to finish Xenosaga one day but I haven't touched it in maybe 4 years. I was only about 1/4 of the way through. I'd hate to restart it but I don't remember a thing.

Chris Wallace is still pretty good. But him and Shep seem to be only real newsmen left at Fox.

Audibly laughed out loud at this. Kudos.

I'm pretty sure Eddie Redmayne is returning for all the sequels they're planning for this, but it would take a lot of plot gymnastics to find a reason to get the rest of the original cast back.

As someone who has played a few Shin Megami Tensei games but never the Persona series, is this a good place to start?

I would like to go South on Ingrid, know what I mean? *nudge nudge wink wink*

I love her in Under the Skin, and while I do take some issue with her casting as the Major, the bigger problem is that the character DOES know how to act like a human being.

I mean, Future Flash's lightning is blue, but yeah, seems like a weird thing to change. It's probably just because yellow would stick out like a sore thumb with their dark color palette.

Yeah, he's clearly channeling Ronon Dex for Aquaman.
