Its an overall average mpg figure across all vehicles from that particular manufacturer. So to average out a low mpg truck they have to have a higher mpg vehicle to compensate. 

They will do that at the stations I go to. Have to pull up to the pump go in and give them presumably more cash than you intend to “X” pump if you want full. Pros can play with no HUD. Would make them rely on skill and not just % to go off. May make matches last longer because they don’t know the exact % of oppnent and can’t use forced edge plays. Assuming they don’t know how much they hit them. They know exactly how much damage each move does on their character though.
