Prediction for the finale (Also spoilers as this will almost certainly be the actual ending):
So the Moby Dick ending it is: Jim Hobart brandishing a harpoon, pursuing Don Draper across the American heartland.
“Oh hello, I didn't see you there.
'Scout's Honor' is going to be the 'Better Call Saul' of the Mad Men franchise.
I couldn't have asked for a better ending than the Promise. Great episode. Great season. Great show.
Once we get past the books I'm predicting a season devoted to an Ocean's Eleven style heist on the Iron Bank, scored by a 50s swing version of The Rains of Castamere.
I like the way the writers held off on Boone, leaving you questioning whether he was all just bluff and swagger. He's fast and it whets the appetite for his face-off against Raylan, Tim, Rachel, Art - whoever he ends up crossing paths with . Justified needs its showdown and maybe this will be it. I imagine Boyd's…
In its closing episodes, as hair and mustaches increase in volume, Mad Men reveals itself as an origins story for the Brooklyn-born cop - David Michael Starsky - of the detective duo - Starsky & Hutch.
This is what happens when you snatch away Raylan's boyhood dream of riding in a helicopter.
The great thing about this season is that everything happens two or three episodes before I think it will. No idea how this is going to end now.
I have a theory (based on Raylan meeting an older version of himself in season five) that at the end of the season he will decide to stay in Harlan but will move into another line of work.
Can anyone see Raylan staying on in Harlan maybe working security on Loretta's weed empire, possibly alongside Boyd?
For me this episode marked the high point for Justified so far. It ended on a rather ominous note I thought. Raylan has something to lose now.
Watching the final episode of The Power of Kroll on my grandparent's TV, back in the late 1970s, was my first experience of Doctor Who.
As a keen naturalist I've seen these kind of threat displays between rival trains before. They are quite common during the railway mating season.
Wynn 'blood bukkake' Duffy's mention of a past life as a surfer made me hope for a kinder ending for the character than the one that the writers of Justified perhaps have planned. I would be happy if the last we saw of him was his RV parked beside an isolated stretch of beach while he paddles out through the breakers.
Could the Wiz have been saved by a better knowledge of magnets?
Or present-day Saul meeting his maker after slipping over for real on a patch of ice
Tyrion (to Daenerys, Arya, Jon, Bran): "As the only surviving inhabitants of Westeros I think it can be safely said that we have all learned a very valuable lesson about sharing. Therefore I propose in place of the iron throne, an iron bench large enough to accommodate the five of us, and divided equally into…
I assume they're deliberately avoiding blatant cliff-hangers in an attempt to build sustained tension.
