I don’t think this is deal is because of the Rangers ....From what I have heard this was spearheaded by the city of Arlington going to the Rangers and asking what it will take to keep them. Arlington has had the Rangers for a long time & They will pay off the Cowboys stadium before this opens and then those same taxes…
