If that’s true the taxpayer shouldn’t have to pay for 3 years for things to be back to normal because the IRS paid on a fraudulent return if anything the taxpayer should be conversated & if that happened which it wouldn’t they would definitely make more time to do refunds correctly & guess what that would do? more…

I think it’s totally ridiculous that the IRS gets the W2 so late. I always thought the IRS gets them much sooner than April.
