The only Ted Bundy book I'd read again. Creepy stuff! Small Sacrifices is another very good Ann Rule read. It's about Diane Downs. It's a fast read if you enjoy true crime.

This isn't really that important, but someone down thread explained that depending on the property management company he uses, there might be a stipulation that he can't meet or speak to the renter or visit the property while it's being rented.

I don’t want to argue so I’m going to just respond to you- I’m not on board with the idea people should be fine if their property gets trashed just because they have insurance.
