Same. It was long distance so that meant one of us (usually me because he played a sport) spent at least one weekend a month there and SO. MANY. HOURS. ON. THE PHONE. I feel like I would have left with much closer friendships if I hadn’t wasted so much time being someone’s girlfriend.

As one of the few non-parents that lives in this neighborhood, I can wholeheartedly confirm this is accurate. 

In high school, we took our AP exams in a huge auditorium with literally NO left handed desks. They brought in stand alone full-sized desks and put them on the stage, so that the three other lefties and I were on display for the entire exam. 

Probably because they learned in school, like I did, and left-handed mouses were not available. I learned with what I had and now it just seems normal. I’m not sure I could use a left handed mouse.
