The endless rehashing of who said what to whom about Yolanda last season, along with rehashing how each Housewife felt during every interaction with any other Housewife, was arguably the most boring season of Real Housewives of Anything that I’ve ever watched on television. And as RHOC Uncensored recently reminded me,…
Brooks did fake the shit out of his cancer doe, jussayin.
Very few people would lock the door when getting out of bed to use the bathroom and even fewer would get dressed. She was leaving and he was having none of that.
He’s disabled therefore murder should be punished by community service. Everything about the defense’s argument is offensive as hell.
What a pathetic attempt at eliciting pity. The defense must be pretty desperate at this point.
Yes, his disability affects his balance, not his decision making. The only point of this was to try and gain some sympathy.
Acting in self defense of what? The girlfriend he didn’t even check to see if she was in bed, before shooting into adjoining the bathroom at a random noise?
The driver maybe told the passenger, “I’m gonna drive us off the road.” The passenger maybe tried to stop driver from doing so by pulling her hair, etc.
Agreed. The man has lived his life trying to put goodness and positivity into the world, he deserves a peaceful retirement. Especially if he’s suffering from dementia, it would be nice if he could maintain his dignity as long as possible.
Wow, I’ve noticed the complete opposite trend - it feels like ads with black families are more and more likely to be biracial-presenting. Specifically, the kids. More often girls than boys, but still - cream-colored or light brown with a fro of natural hair. That seems like the new aesthetic.
So Gigi would have had the first kid when she was 12?
I honestly think the Ocean’s sequels are underrated. Yes, the storylines aren’t nearly as tight as the first one, but its still just so fun to watch Soderbergh have a BLAST directing them.
She does realize that alternative history is a genre of fiction and not an actual discipline like history, archaeology and anthropology, right? Right?
Right? It's supposed to impact him.
What else did they want? He attacked her outside, there were witnesses, he was caught in the act, the evidence was 100% irrefutable. But still, a slap on the wrist, he gets to blame those drunk slutty sluts, and the judge is worried about how tough prison would be for him.
Yes, it’s an outrageous statement. He hasn’t admitted any culpability therefore it’s easy to conclude that he WOULD do it again as he doesn’t see that he did anything wrong. He is most definitely a danger to society and likely to re-offend. This judge is as bad as the rapist.
Yep. That quote from the judge -
The thing is, they didn’t even HAVE to listen to women. There were two men that saved her, chased him off, and acted as eyewitnesses to his crime, but his welfare is still prioritized before hers. And arguably, before the welfare of his next potential victim.
Just to put this in perspective, 7 year olds in Japan are expected to walk to school or the shops by themselves and even take the subway in Tokyo. This is extreme, but parenting norms are totally different from the U.S. and Europe or Canada.
