@Sam Taylor: You running mission control for the X-37B or something?

I really like Opera, but the lack of LastPass (and extensions, generally) has never made it viable for me to use as a full-time browser. Definitely going to give this a test-drive!

@Luke Hooft: Old news now, I know, but it turned out that you can 'fix' the problem by editing your alarms. Found that out the hard way though, when I changed my alarm a couple of days later to 5am because I had to get up at 6am, but it went off at the set time. Not cool. :/

@khdownes: Hmm, good point! I'm inclined to change my opinion and say that Google's C&D letter is totally moot! :)

Heads-up! Bootlace v2.1 doesn't currently recognise iPhone 3G iOS 4.1 jailbroken with version 0.9.6b2 of redsn0w. There's a bug report logged for it, so will probably be fixed in the near future. For now, try jailbreaking with Blackra1n or PwnageTool instead.

Let's pilot the 'Meh' button with that iTunes announcement earlier today!

@olliebean: Yeah, and considering that I get a lot more email from people I'm not connected to on FB that system would really suck for me. It's like having mail filter to send all the important stuff to your spam folder.

@CallMeJordy265: Um, it's a clear mash-up of 'Grog' and 'Google'. I think it's a pretty clever mash-up, but I guess Google's covering their ass - they don't want to be associated with a search engine for booze.

My iPhone's clock changed with no problem, however my alarm still went off at 8am despite being set for 7am. Weird.

So, looking at the poll results so far: Katie's either said 'Yes' 338 times so far, or Sean's got plenty of other options available if she doesn't! :P

If you use an iPhone, the Facebook and LinkedIn apps can also update your phone's contacts with photos, profile links and other info, which will then get sync'd back to your Google Contacts.

We want cake, not fruit!

Parislemon over at TechCrunch had a brilliant rant about this a couple of months ago - was a pretty funny article. :)

I wish Gmail would roll out a feature that allows you to combine threads!

Is it just me, or does it seem like it's still moving after the playback ends. This is some trippy shit! :) I dare not watch it full-screen, otherwise I'll end up staring at my screen blankly, giggling for the next hour.

You can also use a Yubi key for two-factor authentication. It generates one-time passwords and can also be used with TrueCrypt and as a login mechanism for numerous sites, including Google Apps Accounts

@Ashutosh: Try LastPass - works very well on and across both browsers.
