I’m pretty sure without the dank super hero cheddar Crazy Ex would’ve been cancelled two seasons ago. So I’m pretty ok with the very weird mix of things CW has become.

This feels like the same grasping the huge Greg fans did in S2. I’m pretty sure it’s just over. It sucks, but it’s over.

Dude. No chance. He does magic.

I have a feeling that had to be a callback. They tried to drop as many parallels to Rebecca’s first grocery encounter with Josh/Valencia as they could.

It’s also the writing, they give the characters such endearing quirks and manage to play off them so well. I didn’t know sequoias and zoos were so hot.

As long as they do more with the characters, maybe it’s fine. They can do other things with the characters that I’m sure can be great. Their relationship was cute, tame, and not really allowed to be hot, just healthy.

I was on an unrelated reddit and someone linked to the Arrow reddit, and they’re completely imploding right now about Olicity, I haven’t caught back up on the episodes yet, but it’s good to hear that’s an overreaction.

I completely forgot Evelyn existed. Is it just assumed she died off screen?

was the idea just that a telepathy made consciousness transferal possible where it wouldn’t otherwise be? Not sure if his new host is going to also be consumed or something about telepathy lets him offload.

I think introducing more good speedsters in the first place was a pretty big mistake for the narrative. It seemed like a comic book checkbox they wanted to check off, and then they didn’t really put much thought into the actual utility of those introductions to telling future stories. There really aren’t any good uses

TBH, this author has felt like they phoned it in on so many of the reviews, that I just scroll down to the comments now. The version of the show they seem to want doesn’t at all align with where it’s going, I think the Thinker has been a pretty good shakeup on the speedster villains so far, and really enjoyed the

so... should we be happy they’re looking for ways to stretch the one good arc out?

Her putting Ego to sleep was a major hero moment and a contribution in a much cooler way than: punching/shooting stuff too.

(which is probably saying something about Berlanti’s involvement since Supernatural has been professionally gay-baiting for over 10 seasons.)

Implied? I’m pretty sure they shoehorned in a descendant of Peggy for him to kiss, just incase the bromance of Cap+Bucky seemed too close to be platonic.

They have multiple non-white women on Legends with a woman captain. Also having several major female characters even in the same shot is such a rarity on genre shows, is it really time to complain about race in shows with many large non-white roles? Iris West, Firestorm, Martian Manhunter’s human form, they’ve

Yes. That’s true in general, a lot of the issues with the writing of female characters is that there’s just so few of them in the same story. Putting the effort into just having several female characters is definitely the best ‘first step’.

Let’s be real, fine art is mostly about tax write-offs and valuation schemes, modern fine art is pointless, you can see the amazing artists putting their stuff up free online.

Probably Supergirl, instead of the Flash.

It’s sad Snart got killed right before they started to figure out Caity Lotz is clearly the greatest, and Rip Hunter really doesn’t work.
