They’re both broken in a very similar way. Hector’s best friend is his mom and he never moved out, Heather just spent 8 years in community college, and only moved out last season. They could maybe use each other as motivation to push their lives away from their parents to somewhere new, while having some compassion

Paula seeing that as a good thing was probably my favorite small character moment of the episode.

He’s so cute, but I don’t think even the aquarium can save him now.

One thing I REALLY like about Riverdale compared to other shows that attempt twisty-mysterious mystery plots, is that in acknowledging how deeply flawed and downright stupid some of the characters actions are, it feels much safer to speculate. Since the show gets itself. It’s not trying to twist Archie’s homoerotic

Given the information the killer knew, it feels way more narrow than the Jason murder. He knew about Grundy, he was at Betty’s speech, he has horrible aim for a murderer, and a penchant for tying up loose ends like Grundy. That feels like a narrow target Hal fits nicely.

Moose continues to be way too adorable, just as Kevin’s rejection of him in the first season continues to confuse me. Moose seems nice Kevin, why are you doing this Kevin?! :(

Zari seems like the type to snark, not doubt.

Is it actually forced or just better embracing the Flash aesthetic that S1 almost nailed?

This was a great episode, I’m really happy with the tone they found this season of the Legends, and Zari is integrating with the same ease that Amaya and Nate did last season, which is to say, not like Hawkgirl.

If you look there’s a Live version of friendtopia he filled in for Heather. He’s probably not in the same tier as Rachel or Donna, but he’s fine.

To be fair to the flip-flop, he realized he was out-gunned in ruthlessness and intelligence, and Rebecca did manage to turn his friends against him. Taking the folder to Father Brah was the best thing he could’ve done in that situation.

I think part of the reason the Flash team are consistently responsible for creating metas is to keep them mostly localized on this show, and not have to hand-wave away their mostly non-presence on Arrow.

The writing was a ton of fun this week, from the funeral interactions with the coffin and turning the photo around, to the breakup cube, hopefully it can maintain this level of quality, maybe they can borrow a writer from crazyex or jane or any of their successful comedies to help spruce up the scripts.

I would call season 3 far worse than season 4, but maybe it’s just because I haven’t seen them in a while. They’re both pretty awful though, it’s like picking your favorite Trump.

I don’t know what you expect them TO do instead. Mining this administration for comedy is just about the only action possible to take, since factual reporting about damning transgressions don’t accomplish anything either.

I would never defend her either, but yeah I love the word architect, it’s a cool sounding verb that implies more design and planning, and is frequently used in programming in a way that makes more sense than alternatives.

I wasn’t sure about the new opening song, until the confused “...what?” and then I loved it. It’s the new “BLAM...” I didn’t know I wanted.

It’d have been nice if Wally decided to travel to the other earth with his girlfriend, redundant speedster heroes are just as bad as redundant speedster villains, they really don’t add anything new.

Yeah, they kissed. I just mean in comparison to the straight relationships on the show, it seems like the kiddy-mittens come on, and any and all reference to sex goes out the window. No attempts at inuendo, nothing like “let’s have intercourse”, no “Oh my god I think I like you” which both got fairly explicit in their

I’ve very happy David Hull got promoted to series regular for this season, it’ll hopefully get him interacting with more people than only Daryl, or maybe push the depiction of their relationship past only heartwarming awesome moments.
