I don’t think the show would benefit something as grimdark as a death of superman arc. We’ve already had the flash moping for 2 seasons and supposedly they’re trying to course correct this year, do we really need that in another show?
I loved how much he wanted to haggle even if it was only getting him a dollar, down to feeding Nathan numbers “I ask for $1400, then you counter offer $1200.” Nathan taking it to the extreme of $1 and him just being OK with that was such a great moment. Paul was ready to do whatever. He just wanted the enjoy the…
Paul Rudd is also more adorable too. He’s out-gunned in every arena.
I know that’s a low bar, but I might watch it if you’re being serious.
I really doubt they’d stop the show this season. Dan Harmon wants everyone to love him too much for that, and Adult Swim is probably thrilled they’re getting attention for a show that can be seen as far more intelligent than crude.
I think he could’ve been the last one standing if there weren’t dragons and zombies, but there’s too much power in Westeros now that can’t be betrayed negotiated or blackmailed. It was inevitable, because the political game of thrones has given way to dragons.
It seems like a more reasonable way to go would be him trying to assassinate Bran and Arya killing him for it.
If by a mess to read, you mean actually possible to follow coherent lines of discussion then, yes, WHAT A MESS.
I think that’s an even bigger crime than the new comment system, articles being several times harder to find is pretty obviously terrible, and is not subject to any opinion.
Things are a bit of a mess without nested replies

This stance seems sort of ridiculous, he really doesn't have a few hours to watch the incredibly expensive show produced using his books?

One thing I'm really glad this show did, and I'm not sure if it was just the decreased running time, but it never bothered with any hostage bullshit. The only damsel in distress was the adorably stupid Ironfist. None of the side characters ever actually had to be captured or rescued, thank god too that's so tired.
It really seemed like they were setting Murakami up for a one on one with Ironfist to redeem his solo show's kung-fu action. Especially with his pressure-point stuff, but… nope.
It's funny then that her and stick are the only ones to actually kill fingers of the Hand, neither of them have super powers.
Seeeeeeeecret evil.
Sort of, I guess I should expand on the very specific trope I'm trying to allude to of a group of disposable villains to fight the protagonists, barely set up at all other than their visual style alone. To ultimately take part in eventual 1 on 1 duels with a counterpart protagonist in a fight aimed to explore their…
