Not entirely true, Cat Grant made a joke about him being the guardian, him being a fool enabled that. The hero we deserve.

How else will they end the finales with epic confrontations involving beams being fired into eachother and going back and forth before one overpowers the other?!
The fact that it glowed made it look way way tackier than it needed to.
He holds a guy up with lightning to banter about dropping him on his car, so… probably only expensive and silly looking.
It was the stupidest technology to introduce on the show ever at this particular moment. Why couldn't they just get the same power dampening tech to use as a dark-barry trap. It doesn't even have to be as passive as hiding her.
If only we are so lucky. I'd be thrilled if they managed to air season 3 a year from now. More likely is summer 2019. :(
Actually, there's a parallel in Sun's interaction with her brother, and Wolfgang's interaction with his uncle, both in the finales of each season. Wolfgang's uncle was helpless and pathetic but a threat all the same. And where Wolfgang killed Sun spared.
I don't get why people would expect it to go further than it did though. Last season ended with them suddenly all together for the first time visiting one person after a fade-to-black time jump. This season ended abruptly with them suddenly being physically together after a time-jump. It fits the pattern and…
Being the finale to all 3 arcs at once is hard. Especially when they try to launch the next season at the same time, I don't blame them for trying the ambition was admirable.
Sun has only killed in self defense, if she killed her brother in that moment it would definitely not have been. They left the door open for her character to be found innocent and reclaim her life without being hunted, at least as far as TV shows care about the law.
I have a feeling season 3 will open with the heist, but I could be wrong.
There goes Barry, sticking his dick in the dictionary again.
This is maybe too gossipy for AVC, but there's actually a lot of speculation around Brian J Smith (Will) being gay, with people who claim to have dated him. Aside from a couple tweets a while back where he claimed to be straight as his career was looking like it might take off. He seems to have loosened up recently…
Jonas team was Amanita, Capheus, Nomi and Sun, Whispers team was Lito, Riley, Will, and Kala. Since they used 8 people and included Amanita it was easy to lose count, but nope no Wolfgang.
I rewatched it several times and no, they definitely were not able to save Wolfgang yet, they just took the two figureheads they know for leverage.
Interesting note about that final interaction when Whispers is begging to Jonas, Will can't see or hear Jonas because he's on blockers. It's often subtle when there's…
Little does he know. Kala has several bad asses in her head ready for whatever that creep can throw at her.
As weird and out of no where as it was, I liked how it reestablished for us how all those people in that room are not actually there, and the degree of separation the non-sensate characters have. They probably did it just for the shot of the crowded room fading to only Nomi and Neetz as soon as she falls.
Nope. He landed in a pile of stuff.
My guess is that Will had made eye contact at some point with Sarah earlier in his life, and then she visits him before she is about to die asking for help, and passes on memory fragments as she dies visiting him.
We've seen violence from visitors cause them to immediately break the connection in the past with Will and Whispers.
