I’ve seen people toss resumes away simply because they “do not like the face” of the applicant...which is based on his resume profile picture. Hiring isn’t always fair, and it isn’t always done by smart people. It’s kind of sad.

Some are just waiting for their bosses to leave. I feel kind of bad for those guys who have to sit around for an hour or two doing nothing just because they “should not leave before their bosses”.
