AoS is under no obligation to disintegrate half their cast. It is possible to flip a coin and come up heads 10 times in a row, after all. (And maybe the Inhumans cast’s flips come up all tails....)

TOS era Roddenberry had its share of Starfleet captains and other individuals who went mad in the pursuit of a goal, bringing them into direct conflict with Kirk and crew. Captain Tracey of the Exeter for instance, from The Omega Glory.

That’s not an entirely fair reading of the text of the TNG episode, though it wasn’t perfect, and it would have been better if they had used a male actor to portray Soren, as Jonathan Frakes has said.

It would be *really* interesting if Google implemented an option to enable running snap packages on Chrome OS. Combined with Android apps, it would make for a very versatile consumer OS.
