I came to the tentative conclusion that it was Mrs. (Fru) Wellick, from the close-up of the eyes behind the mask and the way her eyes seemed so bright as to be digitally enhanced. But Tyrell would make more sense, as well as having a man's voice. That was a great scene with her.
