Considering Sapkowski’s disdain for the games, and previous comments, the headline seems a little misleading. He got paid upfront, and even demanded a lump sum instead of being cut in on the backend.

This isn’t someone being screwed over, this is someone being shortsighted and pigheaded.

I feel bad for anybody with Trypophobia right now.

This was an realy interesting Interview and what I call games journalism. thank you for that. Really hope he will reach his goal^^

Considering the Wii U version of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate was just a port of the 3DS version I feel like it’s likely Switch will get a port first to test the waters and then maybe a new game in a couple years if it sells well.

I’m sure it’s inevitable for a Monster Hunter to come to the Switch. Hopefully, they use the hardware to it’s full potential, instead of porting over a 3DS version.

As a longtime SEGA fan, I don’t think Nintendo going third party would be as great as you think.

That’s a rather unfair reaction to the Switch having hardware problems, as every console has it’s issues on release. Early adoption is always a risk.

I already enjoy my Switch a lot more than my PS4, in terms of UI, hardware, and controllers. As long as Nintendo has a market, there is no reason as to why they should cater to the small population of Sony/MS super-fans.

I haven’t had any of these, fortunately, but I was wondering about the dock scratching the screen. I think about it every time I slide it down in there to charge.

My experience with the Switch is a little different than Kirk’s because I’ve been playing it primarily as a portable. That’s the thing with the Switch. If you use it primarily on your TV, you’ll have one experience. If you play it on the go or at least away from the TV, you may have a very different one.

They’re indie games. Of course they are ports. There’s very very few indie games that come to consoles that haven’t already been published to PC because PCs is the cheapest and easiest way to release an indie game.

First it’s “Waaaaaah no 3rd parties” now it’s “waaaaah there is third parties”

Stardew Valley from Chucklefish Games and ConcernedApe: Nintendo Switch will be the first console to support the game’s new multiplayer feature. The open-ended, country-life RPG is scheduled to launch this summer.

Yeah, but they are getting additional features such as multiplayer which can be played on the Switch because it automatically comes with two controllers whereas with the Vita, it was hard to find somebody else with a Vita.

Wargroove from Chucklefish Games: This turn-based strategy game offers local and online matches for one to four players. The game is scheduled to launch later this year.

“We collectively, as YouTubers, have built this thing. It is ours, not theirs.”

Holy shit, do people actually take memes this seriously? They’re funny pictures with captions not a doctoral thesis on existentialism.

There’s no way are you a liberal rather than a Putinbot, but regardless:

Trump is one committing treason on a daily basis. Clinton has had a $600 million witchhunt aimed at her for 25 fucking years and the assholes on the both the right and left still can’t prove that she has EVER done ANYTHING illegal much less treasonous. Open your eyes. You got played by right wing and Russian

Who carries their 3DS in their pocket? Don’t most put it in a bag?
