Came across a talking fridge. It had a ghoul kid in it who had been stuck in there for 200 years. I eventually took him back to his home and lo & behold his parents had turned into ghouls. Tessa and a few Raiders then attacked the house so i killed them all, received a paltry 200 caps for all the effort.
