No need to choose because we’ve got them both!

I’m seriously considering Essure, which is basically tubal ligation. I’m 31 and am 99% sure if I ever have kids I’ll adopt. I was going to wait a couple more years, but am tempted to get it done now.

To paraphrase Lindsay Graham, that’s like asking whether it’s worse to be poisoned or shot.

I’m going to have to get mine replaced in 2019. Still am not sure if I’m going to be able to do that then, but at least I’ve got a few years to worry about it.
