My then-girlfriend (now wife) had a great antique skillet that came with her house, and a couple Chantal enameled pieces, and I moved in with 5 pieces of Le Crueset and a small skillet. Nothing cooks Steel-Cut Oats better than enameled cast iron, IMHO.…
