Thank you for saying this. As someone who worked in mental health for years, I get so annoyed by seeing people thinking they can just arbitrarily label someone a “sociopath” (which hasn’t been an actual diagnosis in years), narcissist, or whatever other mental health diagnosis they know the name of.

Forgive the horrible prose it’s quite old and poorly edited however this is my views on Drakengard 3 the game I was referencing. Drakengard 3 and NieR (the original) are both pretty easy to find on the PSN and Amazon now. Drakengard 3 is his most avant garde game from the last generation and is better then the more

After reading through you’re other comments I don’t think you really get Taro Yoko games, which is fine very few people do actually. His last game in the series Drakengard 3 you literally play as a psychopath and as the game goes on to question your morality of why you’re playing the game. The final boss of that game

Yes! But I’m highlighting this game (and, specifically, this documentary) here.

That reminds me. I recorded a video of Just Cause 3 where the low poly town in the distance didn’t render when I flew over there, it was like a PS1. Need to add that to my glitch album on YouTube.

Oh yeah brudda.

Aside from that whole Persona 5 fiasco...

No, I haven’t. I guess this facet of Japanese culture just doesn’t resonate with me. But seeing the outpouring of support of the game, and the passionate defense that some people have fielded, there must be something special about it. Just not my bag.

It’s only ridiculous if you say you are “babysitting” you’re own children.

Nah, when she’s around she’s always blocking them from view. When she’s at work I can really watch them.

They have their moments.

My problem is it’s robbing me of the opportunity to play around my girlfriend. She’s just going to say wtf is this garbage (a sentiment I don’t necessarily disagree with).

Oh, agreed; particularly during frenetic combat sequences or narrative progression, it’s easy to look past 2B’s design and focus on what’s going on in the game.

I’m just a bit put off by the design as a whole; it feels unnecessary and juvenile in my personal view. But again, that’s just a personal view, and not one

Different strokes I suppose. After spending nearly 200 hours playing as Geralt in The Witcher 3, playing as this protagonist just seems gimmicky to me. “Fan Service” makes no sense to me honestly. It’s an outdated portrayal of a female protagonist. Especially after Horizon Zero Dawn. I’m not going to condemn anyone

Apologies for the double-post. It appears I was kinja’d.

This. I just picked up Bayonetta for the PC, and I have to admit that I’d forgotten just how over-the-top the sexuality in that game is. I’m not any sort of prude, but the constant moaning and groaning during high-intensity combat (and the incredibly juvenile fellatio references made with every available

Pedantic? Yes.

thst game was so great
