This game has easily my favorite story in any modern video game. Truly outstanding.

True, except the DoA games had way better graphics (they basically pioneered jiggle physics) and pretty solid gameplay. If someone really hated TR’s gameplay, I don’t think Lara’s super low-poly boobs would be enough to put up with it.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I expected.  I remember them saying at one point that the game was about sailing and there would be no on foot stuff including combat.  What’s the point then? Sure the sailing was fun but no one wants to be a boat, they want to be a pirate!

Right, because indie games aren’t real games, and nobody should be excited for them. Same with movies, months without a Marvel or Star Wars are basically worthless.
