I mean, the album is pretty solid, all said. Spit Out the Bone is fire though.

That Alpha fight in DoA is easily the worst fight in the modern fighting games I’ve played. Shang Tsung could be frustrating, but was generally slow. Bison was all pressure, but if you could stay calm and counter, you were generally fine. Same with Shao Kahn. But Alpha... not only could she counter you whenever she

Carvana has some vending machines for sale, I think.

Was Tomb Raider (reboot) the first to do this? It’s a pretty cool trick and my first exposure to this was TR, so I get reminded of it whenever a game does it. I appreciate it, and while some loading screens have their charm or usefulness, I rarely remember anything from them once the game loads unless they’re section

I don’t really understand how many developers need to hear this, but it would we be dope if they would stop requiring connectivity for single player activities. I spent hundreds of hours fighting the same towers by myself in MK2 and 3 or Dead or Alive without internet. If anything, knowing that I can still jump on and

Huh, TIL. I guess maybe the operative term would be malleable? Although, you could form a tootsie roll or airhead into something else, so I guess not.

Yeah, I liked them both too. There’s just nothing like the atmosphere of the Alien franchise. Granted, nothing has come even remotely close to the masterpiece that the first movie was, but I’ve enjoyed all of them more or less. Except 3.

Cyberpunk is actually awesome, and depending on your build, you can absolutely feel as badass as John Wick. One of the other writers on this very website literally just wrote a long ass article about how, shockingly to him, Cyberpunk was pretty good. Although I wouldn’t have thought of that game per se regarding this

Huh. It’s not my thing, but I’m surprised at the snarkiness over that ‘normal behavior’ comment. I mean, this is kind of the epitome of something that people enjoy that isn’t hurting anyone. Whereas vaccine/covid denial kinda... is or at least could? I don’t know. Seems shitty for those who are worried or

The gaming world might not be, but Activision employees would probably be better off. Microsoft doesn’t seem to give two shits whether any of their companies unionize, and if any developer could use some unionization, it’s that one. I own both consoles, so I don’t really care either way, but I won’t lie and say that

To get it started, black licorice is amazing.

As a recent veteran of Elden Ring (one playthrough, Bloodhound Fang pretty much the entire the playthrough until the final encounter where I switched to Godskin Peeler and got stupid lucky after my 43rd attempt), I’m feeling pretty confident I can rip through this game without much issue!

Man, bunch of negative people in here. I always try the new soda flavors just for fun. Some are good, and some are not. They’re not replacing the original flavor. I really like the Dr. Pepper cream soda. Starlight and Dreamworld were both pretty good, I thought too. The new one is ok, but I definitely did NOT get

Bro, what? This is an amazing idea. How have theater’s never thought of this? Carnival foods can be marked up without really too much argument because you can’t get it anywhere else except, well, carnivals and some niche/boutique places. They’re generally easyish to eat, and usually soft (re: quiet)  which is perfect

Man, I loved Forbidden West. Even more than Zero Dawn, which I thought was fantastic. The inclusion of the glider was a lot of fun, and opened up all sorts of gameplay mechanics and fighting options. That said, there’s very little replay value over something like Elden Ring.

This video is amazing, thanks! Super excited to check out the rest of his videos.

How is Edgerunners and Arcane not on this list?

Those desserts look amazing. I don’t think I see the mushroom soup anywhere, which is kind of a bummer, but I doubt I would order any actual food over just all three desserts. I’m on vacation.
