Yeah, I’m just gonna point out that the biker was %100 at fault here. Everybody involved screwed up, and like you said, we hope he’s OK after this...but it’s pretty plain to see that the biker was driving way too fast for what he was doing.

I’ve driven the new GS350 FSport and any number of the newest BMWs with various packages, a couple Audis and Mercedes too. The GS w/ FSport is the best one on the market. It’s the most engaging to drive (despite auto only) and has the best build quality.

Cyclist’s responsibility to yield to people in crosswalks. The real issue is that the race course was not sufficiently sealed off. They should have either physical barriers or race personnel to prevent people from entering the race area.
Umm I’ve never had a dog slow traffic because it’s his road too. I’ve also never had a dog speed up into my blind spot while I’m in the turning lane, with my blinker on and act like I’M the asshole.
I see no sign or person blocking people from using that crosswalk. I don’t totally blame the dog walker. They really should have it marked off.
