If they somehow pull this off, and rescue the crew, that CEO is going to be facing some serious consequences.

Hmm... this seems like a great opportunity for California to create a public insurance option at cost.

I follow a number of news websites, specifically so I might catch a headline in between my morning news updates.

Sounds like Mark is just begging for an antitrust lawsuit at this point.

I can’t help but wonder who they expected the audience to be for these two.  Rightly or wrongly, they’re pretty despised in the UK.  In the US, the absolute best I can imagine hoping for is total apathy.

At this rate, they’ll literally be having a dick measuring contest on stage by 2032.

For what it’s worth, I went to Nashville a couple years ago for a work thing.  One evening we went down to Broadway to check out the scene, and drink in a bar.  They had a live musician singing covers that night, and Garth Brooks got the biggest reaction and audience participation.

Actually, their core message is “we’re protesting because the Reddit app’s mod tools make the job we do for free literally impossible.” They don’t like the 3rd party apps because they have a better UI, or because they block ads. They like them because the Reddit app is incapable of moderating a sub with millions of

It’s 100% within Reddit’s rights, but it is also 100% within the volunteer mod’s rights to no longer moderate if Reddit is going to be this greedy.

A point of clarification for the people taking Reddit’s side in this fight; the moderators aren’t opposed to Reddit monetizing their API access. They’re opposed to the ludicrous amount that Reddit would charge, which is exponentially more than it would actually cost them to handle the extra strain of 3rd party apps

I REALLY liked the 2008 game, and I’m still sad to this day it never got the love it deserved.

He’s definitely hit or miss for me.  I didn’t really enjoy any of his early stuff until The Royal Tenanbaums.  I enjoy Life Aquatic, but not as much as the near universal praise would indicate.  I absolutely adore Fantastic Mr. Fox.

They kept the open-top when they brought Wally West into The Flash, and it just really does not work without that tuft of hair sticking out of the top.

But she said it’s “not a threat”!  That’s the “no homo” of insurrection!

If they do this, I’d like to see them set it up as some sort of semi-cohesive trilogy from the outset. Not one story split into three parts, but sort of like each story leading into the next. Make it generational, like the games are.

I don’t even know BJJ, but his legs were locked and tense the entire encounter.  He never lost consciousness.

Crash multiple times apparently, so much so that multiple governments would have access to their own wreckage.

I won’t deny I’m intrigued. But I think we can all agree after Michael Flynn, being a high ranking, respected, career military man doesn’t mean you can’t have zero connection to reality.

There’s NO WAY people in the audience heard it was Zuck fighting a match, and NOBODY thought to record it.  It’ll show up.
