some of the commenters are missing the ultimate point: awards/nominations mean clout. as an actor, it means you get considered for more/diverse roles. as a director, you are able to get more offers to direct and more creative control when you do. by consistently whiteballing POC in the major awards, it gives hollywood

i would have paid money for the call over the police scanner: “mollywop in progress”

it is what is is but i notice a significant void when it comes to pre-aughts rappers. you said “all time” this ain’t all time, this is since you been listening and didn’t go back a lil further. i know better and i’m a jazz enthusiast.

i’d prefer hidden cameras and felony charges for those caught.

this accusation from a guy who admittedly wants to (if he hasn’t already) sleep with his own daughter.

the right answer is chicken. i don’t hit women but i’ll give you a mean ass stare.

white folks. if it ain’t about them they mad.

though mike is more of the man of the world type dude than the “i’ll eat your kids” guy he was back when he was knocking people out in the ring and in the streets, mike still ain’t completely “right”.

that was the part that put me on tilt. “my black relatives...” i was sitting there wanting to jump through the tv and “explain” to him that if you shake a black person’s family tree, it’s at least 50/50 that some old racist white man is gonna fall out.

i was really glad to read this article. it reminds me of my journey from homophobia, how it happened and why i hope i’m a better person as a result. one day i was supposed to meet a friend for a drink after work and he ended up cancelling, so i sat at the bar having a beer and started a conversation with a guy who

there’s so much mis/disinformation on this thread that my advice would be to simply check with whatever financial institution that you currently use and do your due diligence on any institution you’re planning on using in the future.

this is what i like to read, because every candidate has flaws in their past history, and we need to discuss them coherently and weigh them against their entire record and their proposed platforms. too often, during the last campaign i saw/heard people saying that “xxx disqualifies so & so”. granted, there are things
