Yes, it was definitely s really sweet line. I love Greg and that episode was the only one where my feelings for him were really strained. Real people act OoC or extreme all the time, so it's not a huge deal. It was just a bit weird to me.

Maybe Pearl should have been more wary of Steven's safety in "Space Race," given her overprotective-mom-like tendencies, but I enjoyed seeing the way she didn't undeerstand humans. I kind of liked it that she was being selfish too.

It felt like they were trying too hard to give Greg a fault. I don't buy that he would be that selfish, and it's not like he's the kind of Gary Stu that needs to be brought down a few pegs.
