Natural disasters are awful. People are in need. But bad situations don’t make crime OK. Just like if I am poor in any city in the US, that doesn’t give me the right to steal because I’m down on my luck. Sorry. If I am an absolute nightmare of a person for thinking stealing is wrong, then so be it.
